This is a small family bathroom that we fitted in January 2020, the price for the bathroom supplied and fully £4800.

This bathroom is a smaller bathroom however a very typical style of a bathroom from a house built in Coventry between the 1930’s and 1940’s. This bathroom measures 152cm long and 168cm wide.
The toilet center is 32cm from the wall. The toilet position in part dictates what will fit into a bathroom. The image below is the original bathroom layout.

A small bathroom restricts the type of bathroom furniture than can be fitted within the space. A bathroom measuring 168cm wide and 152cm has no room for vanity toilets as the toilet will come to far into the room. There is no room for a separate vanity basin. We recommenced putting the shower on the hall wall and the taps at the window end, this will allow for easy access to the bath taps. The basin is a three quarter size pedestal basin measuring 45cm wide. The toilet is a close coupled toilet measuring 36cm by 62. We believe this layout and these products are making the very best of the space available. The image below is the new bathroom floor plan.

This bathroom suppled and fully fitted cost £4800. At Coventry Bathrooms we believe we are at least £1500 cheaper than any showroom in the area for a like for like quote. Included in this price
