The clients then requested to upgrade the basin to a vanity basin with draws and a stainless steel mirror cabinet; this increased the price by £200 for the vanity basin unit and £150 for the mirror cabinet.
The electrical work carried out included 3 led lights at £150 and an extractor fan at £150 totaling £300.
