Ensuite Supplied and Fitted Coventry £5,000

The client wanted to modernize the ensuite and fit a walk in shower. We supplied and fitted this ensuite for £5,000.

The room is 133cm wide and 248cm long. The length of the room is ideal as it is possible to get all of the bathroom suite fitted on the back wall. The width would only allow for 120cm long shower tray leaving a gap of 13cm. Normally we would bring out the wall to close this gap. However when fitting a fixed shower screen of 80cm, we needed all of the available space to ensure there is enough room to get in and out of the shower enclosure. The drawing below shows the ensuite design we created and then fitted.

The Price of the Ensuite

The price of the ensuite supplied and fitted was £4,800. The client wanted to upgrade to a vanity basin which added £200 bringing the price of the ensuite to £5000
